We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with the industry standards to safeguard your nonpublic personal information. Clients should be advised that in order to better serve you, telephonic communications may be recorded and monitored for quality control.

All contact information provided clients and prospective clients is done so under the express understanding that a representative from MedAx Capital Group or one of it’s affiliates will use such information to make contact with said client or prospective client. The receipt of such contact information will be regarded as a request for contact that supersedes and overrides any previous instructions to cease contact; including, but not limited to all local, federal or corporate Do Not Call lists.
